Kyle Long: Operations & Experience Manager


As Operations & Experience Manager at SideCar, Kyle brings a knack for developing efficient systems and curating human-centered experiences as well as a strong foundation in communications, program oversight and event management. He thinks strategically, with an eye for both the smallest details and the big picture. Truly, this is the guy you want heading up all things logistics! Kyle’s role includes supporting the SideCar team with day-to-day operations and our clients with business-related services.

Before joining SideCar, Kyle worked for the Denver Architecture Foundation where he oversaw social media and communications, recruited and managed over 250 volunteers and ensured the success of programs including Doors Open Denver and Hard Hat Tours, among others. Prior to that, he worked for a nonprofit called Speak About It through which he performed for undergraduate orientation programs and taught young adults about consent and sexual assault prevention. Kyle started his career as a college admissions counselor where he helped to reimage the recruiting process and build a campus visit program from the ground up.

Kyle absolutely loves Denver and currently serves on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s CityBuild leadership team. He hails from Colorado, has bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and music from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, teaches a few classes at CorePower Yoga every week, and loves spending time outside and travelling.
