As SideCar is heading into the final weeks of 2017, we’re reflecting on an incredible year of growth. We’re proud to be working with the developers, architects, designers, builders and influencers who are elevating the experience of living, working and playing in Colorado. It’s working with these incredible placemakers that inspires us to do more with the insight we have.

Consider this an introduction to some of the changes you’ll be seeing on our blog as we enter the new year.

From the parking lot near Coors Field being transformed into the recently announced “West Lot” mixed-use development and public plaza to the National Western Complex project, we’ll aim to not only track the progress of significant commercial real estate projects across the Denver metro area, but also explain their impact on different neighborhoods throughout the city.

This blog will also become the home for SideCar’s perspective on the industries in which we work: commercial real estate and public relations. We’re a small but mighty team with decades of combined experience, and we want to be more forthright in how we share our insights with you.

We’ll explain how we see current events shaping Denver’s future, whether it’s looking at the implications of city-backed investment in certain neighborhoods via the recently passed bond package or exploring trends from a private development perspective. And we’ll also reflect on what the ever-changing media landscape means for PR professionals, from both a local and national point of view.
